Return & Refund Policy

At Viral Edge Fitness, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that shopping online can be tricky, and we’re here to make your experience smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help.


🔁 Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • There must be no visible signs of wear or damage

  • Returns must include all original tags and packaging

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 14 days from delivery.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email viraledge.fitness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 2–3 business days

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or worn items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Items returned after 14 days

  • Intimate or sanitary products


📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you.


📍 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at viraledge.fitness@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if possible.

We use shipping timestamps and carrier confirmation for reviewing damage claims. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
